Catalonia Goya is set in a 19th-century building, next to Velázquez Metro Station, in Madrid’s exclusive shopping district. It offers free Wi-Fi, and is 5 minutes’ walk from Retiro Park.
The soundproofed rooms have air conditioning and feature wooden floors and elegant dark furniture. All rooms feature double-glazed Climalit windows. Each has flat-screen satellite smart TV equipped with Chromecast app, and there is a minibar and safe. The private bathroom comes with a hairdryer.

What was the highlight of Catalonia Goya
Exceptional
The room was spacious, quite, very clean. Breakfast was amazing as well as the staff. We got there at 6 am, room was suppose to be ready by 3 pm, however we got there and were told the room was free, they knew we were arriving early so they had it ready the day before. THAT right there is A1 service.
Couldn’t find anything bad about it really.

Good central location in Madrid, easily accessible and good price to quality ratio.
Location is excellent in the centre of Madrid. The hotel is small but efficiently constructed. The rooms are good, and have a good size. The breakfast is very good and extensive.
Bathroom should be updated because it is quite old, but clean and with all facilities.
